The 2026 PWHL Draft took place at Detroit's Fox Theatre last Wednesday, featuring pre-draft activities at the PWHL Fan Draft Zone and a purple carpet presentation of prospects before the selections began on stage. Caroline Harvey was selected first overall by the Vancouver Goldeneyes, and a total of 72 players were drafted across six rounds by representatives from the PWHL's 12 teams. Ben Chiarot and his daughter Emmerson appeared on stage to announce Elyssa Biederman's selection to PWHL Hamilton, which was among the memorable moments of the evening.
