1. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Pick a handle that isn't impersonating someone else, and don't share your login. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to register.

2. User-generated content

You own what you post, but by posting you grant The Winged Wheel a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute your posts on the site so the community can read them. You are solely responsible for what you write. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

3. Conduct

Treat the boards like a good night at the arena. The following will get content removed and may get your account suspended:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of other members.
• Spam, scams, or relentless self-promotion.
• Illegal content, doxxing, or sharing others' private information.
• Impersonating players, staff, other members, or the site itself.

Moderators may edit, lock, or remove content and may suspend accounts that break these rules. Calls are final.

4. Moderation and removal

We may remove content or accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, to keep the community healthy. We aren't obligated to host anything in particular.

5. No warranty

The Winged Wheel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Live scores, standings, and schedules are pulled from third-party feeds and may be delayed or wrong. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the boards after a change means you accept the new terms.
