Ducks Director of Amateur Scouting Martin Madden Previews the Upcoming NHL Draft
TheWire1h ago
The Anaheim Ducks will make their first selection at 50th overall in the 2026 NHL Draft this weekend in Buffalo, as the organization does not currently hold a first-round pick for the first time since 2017. The Ducks hold six total picks between the second and seventh rounds. Director of Amateur Scouting Martin Madden acknowledged that not having a first-round pick changes the team's approach to the draft compared to their usual preparation over the previous decade.
