This is a dark day for the Red Wings organization. Missed the playoffs again? Again?! We've seen it all before but that doesn't make it any easier to swallow.

I feel for ya, kid. Losing isn't easy, I get that. Reminds me of the '97 club - patience was rewarded then and it will be again, so try to keep some perspective.

@danM88: Fair enough, but we can't afford to be patient any longer with our prospect pool and top-6 forward situation - need results now. Missing playoff spots for years isn't just about waiting for the right pieces to fall into place.
