Your guide to the PWHL Draft in Detroit

The Professional Women's Hockey League is holding its annual awards ceremony and draft at Detroit's Fox Theatre over two days after announcing the city will receive a PWHL team beginning in the 2026-27 season. The awards ceremony takes place Tuesday, June 16, and will distribute honors including MVP, Playoff MVP, Forward of the Year, Defender of the Year, Goalie of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Coach of the Year, the "Hockey for All" Award, and the Impact Award.
