Former Red Wings Goalie Prospect Moving Again

Jussi Olkinuora, a former Red Wings goaltending prospect signed by Detroit in summer 2022, has left German club Dresdner Eislöwen to rejoin Finnish team Pelicans Lahti. During his time with the AHL's Grand Rapids Griffins in 2022-23, Olkinuora posted a 6-8-0 record with a 3.75 goals-against average and .868 save percentage before requesting and receiving his release at midseason, after which he has played for six teams across three countries.
